Cocojack's Adventures
Arrived in Rome
after a total of 26 hours of flying. We went for a walk through a large park.
Found a new
motorbike for Mrs H- a scooter. Everyone has one in Rome, as it is easy to
park. Or people have Smart cars and park them anywhere.
The buildings were very old, everyone lived in apartments and there were a lot of statues.
Loved
the food in Italy, gelatos and pizza. Better than bananas!
We
travelled by bus for 5 hours to get to Venice Island. The place is amazing it
was built thousand of years ago on soft land. They put millions of tall wooden
poles underneath to hold all the buildings up. The wood has now fossilised and
are like concrete.
On
our way to Florence we past fields of sunflowers that they grow for the
sunflower seed oil.
That Eiffel tower
looks really high- do I really have to go up. I am scared of heights even
though I am a monkey.
Help me it’s
getting too high. Please hang on tight to me! The view of Paris is amazing.
Au Revoir!
